2 Registration & Account Eligibility

9 Account Security

10 Account Closure & Suspension

• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering

• Found to hold more than one active account
• Upon request by legally authorized authorities

Players also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the rm77 support team. Any remaining balance (excluding bonus balances with an active rollover) will be processed for return after verification is complete. 11 Platform Responsibilities
